Discover the beauty of Negros
Fresh Start Organic Chin Chin Uy and his wife Francine has taken organic lifestyle in Negros into another level! They have opened their first store at the Robinson’s Central Citywalk. After somehow following them through the years, I’ve only seen their stalls at the mall, but not a concept store like this one. The feel is very much like Echostore in Manila, owned by entrepreneur and coffee advocate Chit Juan.  They now have a wider array of personal care and home cleaning products, as well as Echostore products. They sell organic coffee, rice, herbs (fresh and dried), natural sweeteners as well as their produce. It was only on soft opening starting yesterday, November 28. When I got home, I saw pictures by a friend who also visited the Fresh Start store and was surprised to see a Juice Bar in one of the photos! I’m so glad that Chin Chin brought that concept into reality after hearing about it in an interview I did with him a few months back for a school requirement.
